VISA FOR 180 DAYS + RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR 1-2 YEARS
Documents from the candidate:
1. Candidate’s passport (full scan).
2. Application form (filled in independently).
The questionnaire must indicate:
☛ Qualification of the employee
☛ Name and surname
☛ The date of activation of the invitation (work permit)is mandatory (please take into account the terms of standard items: the term for issuing documents and the term for issuing a visa)
☛ Full address
☛ Postal code
3. Confirmed diploma from a German site (for skilled workers).
The employee receives:
MITARBEITERVERTRAG – an employment contract ERKLÄRUNG
ZUM BESCHÄFTIGUNGSVERHÄLTNISdeclaration of employment relationship
Stellenbeschreibung -job description/job description.
Important! The process for unskilled workers:
Before submitting, the candidate must:
1. Familiarize yourself with the rules for applying for unskilled workers.
2. If an official letter of residence in Germany is required, provide a link from official sources to confirm it.
3. Check with the German consulate/embassy whether you need to know German (the requirements for submission differ from country to country).
The process is for qualified employees:
Before submitting, the candidate must:
1. Check whether the diploma meets the requirements using the German website “Anabin”:
– The candidate registers himself/herself and must apply for diploma confirmation (Germany requires qualified workers for legal employment).
– The process of diploma confirmation takes from 1 to 2 months.
2. Familiarize yourself with the rules for applying for skilled workers.
3. Check with the German consulate/embassy whether it is necessary to know German (the requirements for submission differ from country to country).
The candidate receives a package of documents, which can be used to open a visa for 180 days. After arriving in Germany, obtains a residence permit for 1 year with the right of extension.
